The northeast corner of 175th Street and Clare Road has been designated as the future site of the Crossroads Commerce Center Project. This transformative development is expected to bring substantial economic growth to the area, with plans for eight industrial buildings totaling approximately 2.8 million square feet. With an estimated value of $365 million, the project represents a major investment in Gardner’s future, positioning the city as a key hub for industrial and commercial expansion in the region.

GRATA DEVELOPMENT

The Grata Development Project, located on the southeast side of the I-35 and 175th Street area, continues to contribute to the dynamic growth of Gardner. In addition to ongoing residential development, the area recently welcomed a new convenience store, improving access to on-the-go services for residents. Looking ahead, a dual-brand hotel featuring both a Staybridge Suites and a Holiday Inn Express will be added to the development. This new lodging option will not only meet the city’s growing hospitality needs but also serve as a key attraction, further positioning Gardner as a vibrant and welcoming destination.
